【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は高圧ガスのような作動流路内のストップバルブ
の開弁速度を緩やかにそして開弁速度を急速に行わせる

でなく、これらの機器を破損させる等のおそれがあった

は緩速にそして閉弁は急速に行われるバルブ開閉装置を
目的とするものであって、ストップバルブ開閉用ピニオ
ンを回転駆動させるラックを固定したピストンをシリン
ダ内に摺動嵌装し、該ピストン内にピストンの開弁方向
摺動を緩速に、そして閉弁方向摺動を急速に付勢する押
圧バネを内蔵させ、前記シリンダにピストン作動流体を
供給する丸穴を連通させ、該丸穴にピストンの緩速摺動
時には、オリフィスを通じて少量の流体をシリンダ内に
供給し、ピストンの急速摺動時には、曲片により形成さ
れる周辺流路より大量の流体がシリンダ内より排出させ
るバルブ本体を装着して、ストップバルブを緩速開弁、

が収納室内を揺動することなく円滑に摺動案内され、ま
たスプラインは流体流路を形成して流体の給排を確実且
つ容易にし、緩速開弁によって運転時には作動流体が流
体機器内へスムーズに流入して急激な加圧が防止される
ので安全運転が保証され、また急速閉弁によって、停電
時その他の異常時には即刻作動流体の供給を停止するこ
とができるので、流体機器の運転が停止され、事故の発
生及び機器の破損等を未然に防止することができる等の
優れた効果を奏し、且つ構成も簡単で安価な特徴を有し
