Conventionally, in this type of compression molding mold, both upper and lower molds were used as a method to prevent the uncoated parts of the conductor, such as the inner bushing and grommet, from being crushed between the upper and lower mold surfaces during molding. A commonly used method is to provide grooves each having a half-moon cross section at corresponding positions on the surface, and to hold the conducting wire in the grooves.

However, when using the above method, it is extremely difficult to stabilize the conductor within the groove because the depth of the groove is only one-half of the total outer diameter of the conductor. This causes it to protrude onto the dividing surface of both the upper and lower molds.

In this way, the portions of the conductive wires that protrude from the upper and lower parts of the splitter may be crushed, or other coverings may be damaged, resulting in other inconveniences.

As a means to solve such conventional inconveniences, for example, there is a method of pulling both ends of the conducting wire through a piano wire, etc., or a method of having a depth of approximately the same outer diameter as the conducting wire only on the lower mold side of both upper and lower molds. Method of providing grooves (Utility Model Publication No. 46-19819)
, etc. have been disclosed, but in the former method, the work is extremely inefficient, and in the latter method, although it is possible to prevent the conductor from protruding onto the dividing surface, it is difficult to do so. The depth of the conductor and the outer diameter of the conductor do not always match,
For this reason, gaps tend to form within the grooves, and a portion of the molded material such as rubber may infiltrate into these gaps, preventing the molding material from adhering to the circuit. Since the conductor cannot be fixed in a fixed position, there is a risk that the bushing or the like may be covered eccentrically with respect to the conductor and become entangled.

The present invention is an attempt to improve the situation in view of the above-mentioned circumstances. In the lower mold surface of a pair of upper and lower molds, a groove is provided in which the entire outer diameter of the conducting wire can be adjusted by oneself, while a groove is provided in the upper mold surface. A protruding strip is provided in correspondence with the groove, and the protruding strip is provided so that it can be fitted into the groove, and the conducting wire is fitted into the groove in a suppressed manner through the protruding strip. By configuring this structure, it is possible to prevent the conductor from protruding onto the dividing surface during the molding process, and to reliably prevent the conductor from being crushed by both the upper and lower mold surfaces, or damage to its covering. , and is characterized by being able to prevent the molding material from penetrating into the conductive wire portion, thereby preventing burrs from adhering to the same portion.

The present invention has the above structure, and as described above, the block pieces 9 and 10 are provided on the lower mold 3 side and project upward from the dividing direction 3'. While providing grooves 11 and 12 that are slightly deeper than the dividing direction 3', the upper mold 2
Convex strips 15 and 16 are provided on the sides in correspondence with the grooves 11 and 12 so that their height is slightly lower than the dividing surface 2' of the mold 2, and both ends of the conductor are placed in the grooves 11 and 12. By inserting the conductor into the groove 11.12, the conductor X is forcibly pressed into the groove 11.12 via the protrusions 15 and 16.
In addition to being completely hidden within the ridge 15, the conductor is
, 16 into the groove 1L12, a part of the conductor, especially the coating molding recess 6° 6' and the block piece 9,
As a result, it is possible to completely prevent the protrusion at the joint part with 10, and as a result, it is possible to completely prevent the protrusion of the joint part with 10.
This has made it possible to completely eliminate the inconvenience of being caught between 3' and 3'.

In addition, in the present invention, by forcibly pressing the conductive wire through the protrusions 15 and 16 in the grooves 11 and 12 as described above, the recesses 6 and 6 for forming the covering mold are formed. It has become possible to almost completely prevent the rubber material from entering into the grooves 11 and 12 at the part ', and it has become possible to prevent the adhesive from adhering to the part.

By forming the conductor using a material with relatively low thermal conductivity such as rubber, the forming force of bushings, grommets, etc. in the outer circumferential direction of the conductor wire covered with relatively heat-resistant materials such as vinyl can be reduced. The practical effect in this respect is extremely large.
