    いて、同一時間をセットしたタイマを２台設置し、これ
    ら相互のタイムアツプ信号の不一致を検出するコンパレ
    ータと、不一致時間によって故障又は正常を判断するカ
    ウンタ回路を設けたことを特徴とするタイマの故障検出
    回路。
