板、３ａ……蓋天板部、４……リング状把手、５
……天板補強用リブ、６……シール溝、７……フ
ランジ部、８……掛止片折り収め用の環状溝、９
……鍔状掛止片、９ａ……同掛止片の基端連設部

Claims (1)
- ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等の軟質合成樹
脂で一体成形された金属缶用のプルオープン中蓋
であつて、金属缶Ａの開口端カーリング部Ｃの内
周に沿つて缶開口部の内側に嵌入される周側壁１
と、環状の破断溝２に沿つて蓋天板部３ａを切取
る把手４を設けた前記周側壁１と一体の天板３と
、この天板３の外周に突設され下側部に前記缶Ａ
の開口端カーリング部Ｃが係合する略半円形断面
形状のシール溝６を囲設したフランジ部７と、前
記周側壁１のフランジ７下に位置する外周部に囲
設された掛止片折り収め用の環状溝８と、この環
状溝８の下端部位置から外方へ鍔状に突設された
基端連設部９ａから上方へ折曲可能な鍔状掛止片
９とからなり、この鍔状掛止片９は蓋押し込み時
に缶カーリング部Ｃに当接して、基端連設部９ａ
から上方に折曲しながら缶カーリング部Ｃの下側
位置まで通過し、前記カーリング部Ｃがフランジ
７下のシール溝６に係合した時に外径方向に弾性
復元作用で拡開して、掛止片先端部がカーリング
部Ｃの下側段状面部と缶内周面部に当接係合する
ように構成されていることを特徴とする金属缶用
プルオープン中蓋。
