Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は魚肉等の油身のある生鮮品をけむりを出さずに
効率よく焙焼する焙焼鍋に係るもので、図に示したよう
に、中央に突出孔１を設けた鍋本体２の」―内縁に段落
３を形威し、該段落３に鍋本体の内周に隙間３′をあけ
て、上面を凸面４とし、下底面を凹面５とした焙焼板６
の周囲に設けた耳７．７．７を掛合せしめ、焙焼板の凸
面には上面を水平とした受は板８，８・・・・・・を多
数等間隔に並列植立した構造としたものである。
本願は上記の如き構造としたので、使用に当っては鍋本
体内に水を入れ受は板８，８・・・・・・の上に魚や肉
等を載せ、火にかけて加熱すれば、熱ガスは中央の突出
孔１から焙焼板下底の凹面５に当り、凹面に沿って中央
に集中し、熱を効果的に焙焼板を加熱すると同時に、受
は板上の魚等は直接には焙焼板に触れることなく燻焼さ
れその油分は凸面上に滴下し周縁に流下して周囲の隙間
３′から鍋本体内の水の上に落下浮遊する。
即ち凹面で効果的に集中加熱された焙焼板は受は板で支
えた状態で加熱し、油脂分のみを適下除去して水に浮べ
るので油脂分の燃焼は全くないから煤けむりは全く出な
い。
以上の如く本願によれば焙焼板を熱効率よく効果的に加
熱できると共に、油が燃えることがないので煙が全く出
す油は水に浮かべて容易に除去できる等の効果があるも
のである。

第１図は本考案品の平面図、第２図は同平面図である。 １は突出孔、２は鍋本体、３は段落、４は凸面、５は凹
面、６は焙焼板、７，７．７は耳、８，８・・・・・・
は受は板を示した。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中央に突出孔１を設けた鍋本体２の上向縁に段落３を形
    成し、該段落３に鍋本体の内周に隙間３′をあけて上面
    を凸面４とし、下底面を四面５とした焙焼板６の周囲に
    設けた耳７，７．７を掛合せしめ、焙焼板の凸面には上
    面を水平とした受は板８゜８・・・・・・を多数等間隔
    に並列植立してなる焙焼鍋。
