There is a method in which this thin film is transferred to the core material, but with this method, the spray nozzle may become clogged, making it difficult to maintain a constant spray amount and spray pattern, and it is not possible to obtain kamaboko with high commercial value. Moreover, the work process is complicated.

て第6図に示すような蒲鉾Aを得るものである。Next, the second invention will be explained. In the first invention, a striped pattern is formed by the contact and separation between the contact and separation roller body 4 and the roller 7, but in the second invention, as shown in FIGS. As shown in Figure 5, a fixed inner cylinder 17 with an axial slit 16
A plurality of axial slits 18 are rotatably fitted to the outside of the inner cylinder 17 and formed at required intervals in the circumferential direction.
A movable outer cylinder 19 is provided, and the colored surimi a is press-fitted into the inner cylinder 17 while rotating the outer cylinder 19, and continuously moved to the surface of the outer cylinder 19 at a position where the slits 16 and 18 of both cylinders coincide. The film 1 is brought into continuous contact with an appropriate pressing force, and the colored surimi a is intermittently squeezed out from the matching slits 16 and 18 to form a striped pattern thin film of the colored surimi a on the film 1. Similarly to the first invention described above, a core material 15 is placed on the thin film surface of the film 1 and cut to a required length to form a kamaboko material, and by heating this kamaboko material, the thin film is converted into a core material. 15 to obtain kamaboko A as shown in FIG.

A striped pattern of colored surimi is formed on the film by extrusion.Furthermore, a core material is placed on the thin film surface of the film and cut to the required length to form a kamaboko material, and this kamaboko material is heated. By doing this, the thin film is transferred to the surface of the core material, so that it is possible to obtain kamaboko with an extremely simple structure that has the appearance of peeled shrimp or the like.
