図である。 図において、ＴＲＩ、ＴＲ２およびＴＲ３はトランジス
タ、Ｄ１Ｄ２およびＤ３はダイオード、Ｔ１はトランス
、Ｒ１，Ｒ２およびＲ３は抵抗、そしてＭＭは単安定マ
ルチバイブレークである。なお図中同一符号は同一、ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１と第２の一次巻線およびスイッチングトランジスタ
    へ駆動信号を供給する第１と第２の二次巻線とを有るト
    ランスと、上記二次巻線に正・負極性のパルス電圧が交
    互に誘起されるよう上記−次巻線を付勢制御する手段と
    、上記スイッチングトランジスタへ順ベース電流を供給
    する上記第１の二次巻線に接続された一方向性インピー
    ダンス素子と、上記スイッチングトラントランジスタか
    ら逆ベース電流を引き出すと共に逆電圧を印加するよう
    上記第２の二次巻線に接続された一方向性インピーダン
    スとを備えていることを特徴とするスイッチングトラン
    ジスタ駆動回路。
