    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源に直列に接続され、スイツヂ動作をしていて第１ト
    ランジスタのドレイン（またはコレクタ）とソース（ま
    たはエミッタ）間に抵抗Ｒ１と抵抗Ｒ２を直列接続し、
    前記抵抗Ｒ０，Ｒ２の中点と該第１トランジスタのソー
    ス（またはエミッタ）間に第２トランジスタを接続し、
    該第２トランジスタのベースと該第１トランジスタのド
    レ、イン（またはコレクタ）間を抵抗Ｒ３で接続したこ
    とを特徴とする飽和電圧検出回路。
