一方、釘や木ねじ、ボルト等にシールワッシャーを予め

釘の打込みや木ねじの締込み作業が極めて容易なものに
なる。特に、ドリルチャック等へボルト頭を挿着し、高
速回転させながら螺込みを行なう様にした所謂スクリュ
ーボルト等に於いては、シールワッシャーをボルト頭部
の近傍へ固定できる様にすることが、ゴム部が他の部材
と接触して磨損するのを防止する上で必須の作業要件と
なる。そのためには、ゴム部の抜孔の内径を金属部の抜
孔(°ボルト等の挿通孔)の内径よりも小さくシ、ゴム
部の抜孔端面でボルト等の外周面へ固定するのが最良の
方策である。

シールワッシャーとするために凹曲面状の雌型として0
る力(、平板状のシールワッシャーとする場合には、雌
型4の上面を平面とすればよい。

されシール効果が著しく向上する。
