Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は地下連続壁等を構成する鋼製パネル壁に関す
るものである。
地下掘削に際して土留壁として矢板を打込むが、掘削に
伴って切梁を用いる必要がある。
そしてコンクリートで矢板を巻立てる場合、切梁が邪魔
であり、撤去の必要がある。
また矢板の後手部の止水も一般に困難である。
この考案は前記事情に鑑み開発したもので、以下その詳
細を図示した実施例によって説明する。
単位パネル１は所要間隔をもって平行した内鋼板２と外
鋼板３および両側鋼板４，４′をもって方形、扇形等の
閉鎖断面とされている。
そして両側鋼板４，４′の両端には鉤型の接手金ｖＩＪ
５．５’の雄雌が、また中央部には噛合状の雄雌の接手
金物６，６′が設けられている。
７は必要によって設ける隔壁板である。
なお、継手に関しては図に示したものは一例でありこの
他に幾多の変形が考えられる。
以上の単位パネル１を沈設するに際しては従来地中連続
壁の施工に際して使用される地盤長方形掘削機によって
地盤を所浴深さに掘削し、その掘削竪孔に単位パネル１
を挿入し、その単位パネル１をガイドとして次の竪孔を
同様に掘削し、次の単位パネル１の接手金物５，６を先
の単位パネル１の接手金物５’、６’と組合せながら沈
設し、順次単位パネルを連続して井筒状等の鋼製パネル
壁を造成し、そのアーチアクションを利用して内側地盤
を掘削する。
場合によっては掘削に伴って鋼製パネル壁をコンクリー
トにより巻立てることもある。
なお、単位パネル１，１の側鋼板４，４問および接手金
物６，６′の中空部にはモルタル、コンクリートを充填
して、荷重に耐え得る構造とし、止水効果を向上させる
ことができる。
この考案は以上の通り、鋼製パネル壁が内外鋼板と両側
鋼板によって閉鎖断面とし、薄鋼板の組合せであっても
断面性能が著しく向上され、特に単位パネル同志の継手
が両端と中央部の３ケ所にあり、大型パネルであっても
接合が確実となり、中央部は雌雄の接手金物をなしてい
るのでその継手部とその両側、すなわち鉤型接手金物間
にコンクリートを充填すると、２重構造の充填となり、
止水効果が著しく、シかも接合耐力も向上し、相当の荷
重に耐え切梁を使用しないで土留壁を構成することがで
きる。
また切梁を使用しないので内部の構築も容易であり、大
規模な地下掘削工事に有用である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所要間隔をもって平行した内外鋼板と両側鋼板とによっ
    て閉鎖断面とされた単位パネルをその側鋼板の両端に設
    けた鉤型接手金物と中央部に設けた継台状の雌雄の接手
    金物を組合せて連接しであることを特徴とする鋼製パネ
    ル壁。
