本発明はサツシェレスドア型車のドアシール構造に関す

下方ではドア本体周縁にクエず−ストリップを装着し、
上方では車体開口縁にフェザ−ストリップを装着して、

縁に1および車体側クエデーストリップがドアガラス周
端縁に密接して車童内、外をシールするようKしている
。 ψところで、前記ドアウェスト部O下方部分では
ドア匈りエザーストリップがドア閉時にドア本体と車体
開口縁との間で圧縮変形して所要のシール反力が得られ
て確実なシールを行えゐ反面、ドアウェスト部の上方部
分ではドア閉時に車体側フェザ−ストリップが車体開口
縁とドアガラス周端縁との間に介在するといっても、ド
°アガラスの支持位置が略ドアウェスト部にあるためド
アガラス上端側が走行時に揺動して車体側ウェザ−スト
リップより浮上ってシールを確実に行えなくなってしま

トリップ2は中空のインナリップ3とアクタリップ4と
を有し、これらインナリップ3とアクタリップ4との関
にドアガラス9の周端縁を受容する41s8を形成しで

車時に谷部6とドアガラス9周端縁との密接部分に洗車
水が直撃し具く、水圧によシこの水がドアガラス9とイ
ンナリップ3との密接部を通って車室側に侵入すゐおそ
れもあつ九、*に、車体開口縁1やドアガラス9および
ウェザ−ストリップ2の加工精度のパラツキによシ、前

縁部がインナリップ3に密接し、前記シール用リップ1
4とで2重にシールすることKなる.この結果、洗車時
にドアガ2ス9周端部とウェザ−ストリップ2との密接
部分に洗車水が直撃しても、この洗車水をシール用リッ
プ14で受けて水が谷部6に入シ込むのを阻止し、万一
、該谷部5@に水が侵入して屯水圧が下げられている丸
め、該谷部5とドアガラス9との**部を通って車室側
に侵入するようなことはない.を走、高速走行時にはド
アガラス9の外面付近に発生する負圧によって、41に
支持位置から遠いドアガラス9の上側部が外側Kl出さ
れる傾向となるが、仮りにドアガラス9が外稠に吸出さ
れて谷部6よシ浮上っても、第4図に示すようにシール
用リップ14がアクタリップ4との密接状態を保持する

ドアウェザ−ストリップ、シール用リップが相互に弾性
変形する丸め両者が強く纏られて早期に摩耗するよりな
