Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　セメントモルタルの型枠Ａ内への供給により所定形
    状に成形したセメント製品Ｘを硬化後に前記型枠Ａから
    脱型するための治具であって、前記型枠Ａの製品脱出方
    向の面に当接可能な部材１を設けるとともに、この部材
    １に少なくとも前記製品脱出方向に揺動自在に棒部材２
    を枢着し、かつ、この棒部材２に、前記セメント製品Ｘ
    に埋設固定のインサート部材Ｘ□に対する係合部材３と
    この係合部材３をインサート部材Ｘ１に係合させた状態
    での揺動により前記型枠当接部材１を介して型枠Ａを反
    力部材として前。 配係合部材３に前記製品脱出方向の力を付与することが
    可能な操作部４とを備えさせである事を特徴とするセメ
    ント製品の脱型用治具。 ■　前記係合部材３と前記操作部４とが、前記棒部材２
    の前記型枠当接部材１への枢支点５に対して互いに反対
    側に設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記
    載のセメント製品の脱型用治具。　　　− ■　前記係合部材３と前記操作部４とが、前記棒部材２
    の前記型枠当接部材１への枢支点５に対して同一側で、
    かつ、その枢支点５から係合部材３までの距離１□が枢
    支点５から操作部４までの距離１□よりも小になるよう
    に配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記載
    のセメント製品の脱型用治具。 ■　前記型枠当接部材１が型枠Ａの外周辺に沿った又は
    ほぼ沿った環状形に構成されたものであり、この環状型
    枠当接部材１の周部複数箇所に前記棒部材２が枢着され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項乃至第０項のいず
    れかに記載のセメント製品の脱型用治具。
