本発明はベニヤレースにより切削されて吐出するベニヤ
単板の内、特に荒剥過程と芯剥過程に吐出する不連続状
の未加工の小山単板、またはこれを加工してカールを矯
正し不規則端縁を除去して有寸中に整形した小山単板を
対象にして、該小山単板の上面に巻込テープ等の巻取媒
体を繰出して一諸に巻込んで巻玉を形成する小山単板の
巻取媒体を利用した巻取巻戻装置の改良に係るものであ
って、その目的どする所はこの種従来装置、例えば特公
昭55−46850号ベニヤ単板の処理方法等に開示さ
れている巻取媒体を利用した巻取巻戻装置は、巻取時の
糸条等の線材からなる巻取媒体の繰出とその巻戻時の回
収が、予じめ手作業によって巻取媒体の先端をリールに
数回巻付けたものをリールの回転に従動させて自然にボ
ビンから繰出して小中単板と一諸に巻玉に巻取り、また
この巻玉から巻戻時に繰出される巻取媒体を任慧手段に
よって回収する従来装置が、何れも人為的な手作業に依
存する割合が多く、また巻取力や巻戻力の自動調整も出
来なかったものであるから、との踵従来装置による小中
単板の巻取巻戻工程の自動仕、省力化、安定化の最大の
障害となっていたものを改良して、先ず搬入される小中
単板は巻付コンベア付のリーリングマシンにより自動的
にリールに巻付け、また巻取媒体は前記巻取過程の小中
単板の上面にトルクモータ等の巻取用カセット駆動機構
によ、り自動的にカセットから繰出して、またその回転
力の自動調整作用によって安全にこれを制動し乍ら一諸
に巻玉に巻取り、次で巻戻場所に取出された巻玉の巻が

山単板の巻取巻戻工程の合理化が格段に進歩した、もの
