    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燃焼バーナにて燃焼された燃焼ガスが流通される熱交換
    器を内部に有し被熱物を予熱する予熱室と、可燃性雰囲
    気ガスの供給手段及び加熱手段を内部に有し予熱後の被
    熱物を可燃性雰囲気ガス中にて熱処理゛する加熱室とが
    、併設されてなり、前記加熱室と前記燃焼バーナ間には
    被熱物の熱処理後における加熱室の可撚性雰囲気ガスを
    燃焼バーナに送るガス導管を設けてなることを特徴とし
    た雰囲気熱処理装置。
