The present invention relates to a heathered knitted fabric having a surface design effect, which is formed by using, at least in part, a composite yarn obtained by doubling the present invention with other yarns.

Nep yarn is fed intermittently to form a nep, or a rubbing body is used to create fluff on multifilament yarn.

The drawback was that it was not possible.

It is a common occurrence that all the single threads or a group of single threads are not cut and the protruding threads protrude in a loop shape, and the proximal end of the protruding threads is twisted to form a snare shape. The proximal end of each nep has a knot shape formed by almost all the single threads of the threads being bundled or intertwined with each other, or a strong knot such as a knot-like twisted part. It refers to a yarn in which the yarn C is fixed at a knot-like part.

It is a thread that has a new design effect that includes ruts. However, the composite yarn obtained by combining a nep yarn having the above-mentioned characteristics with a dyeable yarn having different dyeability has a different nep portion, and is not covered by the dyeable yarn. This is what stands out on the surface of the composite yarn.

Before weaving 9 knits, the composite yarn and other yarns used in knitting are dyed first, or after knitting and weaving, it is piece-dyed to create a heathered fabric as shown in Figure 1. It is a heathered U41111 product with a novel surface design effect in which NEP (2) stands out on the front surface. When making ropes, when using composite yarns and other yarns together, if you use yarns of the same type as the different dyeing yarns that are combined with the nep yarn as the other yarns, the difference in the fabric will be reduced. As the proportion of dyeable threads increases, NEPs with a different tone from the dyeable threads that make up the majority of the fabric stand out from the fabric, resulting in ε! The heathered effect of the A-dyed yarn NEP yarn and the unique effect of the NEP that stands out from the fabric are even more synergistic.

If a yarn with a finer fineness than the NEP yarn is used as the different dyeing yarn to be combined with the NEP yarn, the proportion of the NEP yarn in the composite yarn will be smaller and the heathered effect will be reduced, but there is an objection that the NEP stands out from the fabric. 解けることがなく。In addition, in the nep yarn of the present invention, the knot-shaped portions that fix each nep to the fiber yarn, which are formed intermittently along the longitudinal direction, have a strength that cannot be unraveled by the tension applied during processing. It is. The size of the nep can also be adjusted by changing the ratio between the supply speed to the fluid nozzle and the withdrawal speed during nep yarn production, or by using the angle between the fluid jet direction and the sloping direction of the multifilament yarn. Due to fluctuations in tension, fluid pressure, etc. during manufacturing, knots with low strength and large neps may be mixed in the nep yarn. ``However, in the present invention, the nep yarn and the different dyeing yarns having different dyeability are combined into a composite yarn by a method such as twisting, fluid entangling treatment, covering, etc.'' itself is reinforced with other yarns, and at the same time each knot-like part is also reinforced by the intertwisted and intertwined parts of other threads, and the point where the yarn Q of the composite yarn is larger than the nep yarn and the knot-like part of the nep are reinforced. The ratio of the protruding length of the nep to the yarn diameter becomes small because the nep tends to be buried in the yarn. Therefore, even if the nep yarn contains small knots and large nep, the composite yarn Because it is partially folded, the knots will not unravel due to the tension applied during processing of 9gI weaves, etc.

Koto, Tsuna! The elasticity obtained by III is likely to deteriorate, and furthermore, one end of the protrusion on the surface of the fabric may be cut off, spoiling the appearance.

A heathered fabric was obtained. The resulting fabric has cationically dyeable polyester parts interspersed with normal polyester parts that occupy most of the surface of the fabric, resulting in a one-color difference between the two.

It had a new collective design that combined the heathered effect and the monochromatic effect of the Kyotsude that stood out from the fabric. Furthermore, the St polymer yarn had good unwinding properties and could be unwound smoothly during fiber production.

A knitted fabric with Motsukumi Funoripu structure was knitted using the composite yarn obtained above and polyester false twisted yarn 150D/48F''.Knitting,
A Shida knitted fabric was dyed with a disperse dye and a direct dye to obtain a heathered 1141 piece. The resulting rumble has a heathered appearance due to the color difference between the polyester part that occupies most of the surface of the fabric and the scattered rayon parts, and has a novel design effect in which the neps stand out from the heathered knitted fabric. Furthermore, the knitted fabric had good anti-snagging properties, and the 9-meter nap on the ground surface was difficult to break. In addition, the unwinding property of (1) yarn was also smooth during knitting in good heat, and there were no single points that appeared to be due to unraveling of the nep knots.
