Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）第１のトランジスタの出力電極がその制御電極に
    接続された第２のトランジスタの出力側に接続されたモ
    ータを、前記第１のトランジスタの制御電極への電流又
    は電圧で制御して駆動するモータ駆動回路において、前
    記第２のトランジスタの制御電極への電流又は電圧を少
    くとも抵抗を用いた規制手段で規制したことを特徴とす
    るモータ駆動回路。
  2. （２）前記規制手段は、前記第１のトランジスタの出力
    電流も規制することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のモータ駆動回路。
