    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 間欠的に回転するインデックス部材と、該インデックス
    部材に複数個配設される装着ヘッドとを備え、該装着ヘ
    ッドが、回転自在かつ摺動自在で特定位置にて作動部材
    により軸方向に駆動される、　装着ヘッド軸と、該装着
    ヘッド軸先端に設けられてチップ状電子部品を吸着保持
    する吸着ピンと、チップ状電子部品を挾持する一対の挟
    持部材とを−備えたことを特徴とするチップ状電子部品
    装着ヘッド機構。
