    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気圧縮機、ドライヤなどから成る空気源装置から送ら
    れる乾燥空気をオゾン発生器内で、無声放電によってオ
    ゾレ化するオゾン発生器に於て、冷却水系統の入口側に
    圧力調整弁を設けたことを特徴とするオゾナイザ装置。
