Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オゾン発生器に供給する空気を乾燥させる空気乾燥装置
    と、この空気乾燥装置に空気を圧送する送風機と、前記
    空気乾燥装置に直列に接続され、オゾンを含む排ガスを
    充填された活性炭によって分解する分解塔とからなるオ
    ゾン装置に於で、前記送風機の吐出側から分岐して直接
    前記分解塔に空気を導通ずるバイパス空気系と、このバ
    イパス空気系に設置され、分岐された空気を冷却する熱
    交換器と、この熱交換器に直列に接続され、分岐された
    空気の送風量を調節するバイパス弁とを具備してなるオ
    ゾン装置。
