ト5のバランスを良好に保持することができず、不安定
な状態を招来する惧れがhり、そのままワークの切削等
を行った際に加工精度上及び動作土の不具合を発生する
0よって両締付ボルト7.7の締付強度を常に一定に保
持することが不可欠である外、隼固に締付は九−、バイ
ト交換その他の要求によって締付ボルト7.7を緩める
場合にも、−付ボルト7.7と九コマ5とが互に食込む
状態となってスムーズに緩めることができないという難
点も具有しているので、バイトホルダーの構成上、使用
者の苦慮する欠点を残しているといえる・
本発明は、上述の如き従来のバイトホルダーに存する各
種欠点を解消し、バイトに対する締付力が常に安定して
いる上、バランスも良く、且つ締付は及び緩め操作が極
めてスムーズK11l歯可能なバイトクランプ装置の実
現を目的とするものであり、上記目的を達成する為に、
内側一端に螺合部を設けた段付傾斜クランプ孔をバイト
ホルダー内に貫設し、一端断面が馬蹄形、を形成するピ
ース及び該ピース内に挿通し九段付ボルトを、前記段付
傾斜クランプ孔内に螺挿して前記ピース下部に位置する
バイトをクランプすることを特徴とするバイトクランプ
装置を得んとするものである・以下本発明の実施例を図
面に基いて説明する〇第2図はバイトをクランプした状
態を示す正面図、第3図は第2図のX−X断面図である

コマ2優を用いて、別々に締付固定する如き煩瑣な操作
を要しないという利点を持つ〇
更に本発明の夷111K際し、一旦強固にクランプした
パイ)0取替交換のために段付ボルト18を緩める操作
を行う場合、締付時と逆方向即ち段付ボルト18の先端
に設けた六角の穴部18bよりレンチを一挿入して、段
付ボルトを緩める方向に回転させることができ、これに
よって従前の如く−方向側からの回転締付では得られな
かりた回転力が得られ、バイトのクランプ時のみならず
、取替交換時にも極めて良好愈操作性を発揮することが
できる◎
以上詳細に述ぺた如く、本発明に係るバイトクランプ装
置はバランスの良い安定したバイトのクランプ性能をも
たらすとともk、バイト交換時における段付ボルトの締
付け、緩み動作が極めてスムーズに実施できる機構を提
供し、又バイトが長い場合(は複数の本発明の装置を使
用することKより段取操作時間が少くて従来と同じ締付
効果が得られるものであって、各種の工作機械の刃物台
