Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電源コードの束などを降結する締結装置に関す
るものであり、経済性に富んだ締結装置を提供すること
を目的とするものである。
第１図は従来例の締結装置であり、一定長さの締結体１
に一体に締結体２を形成したものである。
締結の状態は第２図に示すように行なわれるが、締結さ
れるもの３が小さいと、締結帯１の大部分があまってし
まい、不経済である。
そこで、本考案は締結帯を有効に使用できるようにした
経済的な装置を提供しようとするものであり、以下本考
案の一実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
第３図に示すように樹脂によって締結体４を形成する。
この締結体４と分離して弾力性を有する板状の締結帯５
を形成する。
この締結帯５の両側部には複数の鋸歯状部６ ａ 、６
ｂが形成されている。
この相対向する一対の鋸歯部６ ａ 、６ ｂによって
締結片７が形成されている。
上記結合体４には締結体５が二枚重ねて挿入できる大き
さの貫通孔８が形成されている。
この貫通孔８の内壁には第６図ａ、ｌ）に示すように突
片９ ａ 、９ ｂ 、９ Ｃ，９ｄが形成されている
。
締結片７の最大幅部分は上記貫通孔８に挿入したとき、
貫通孔８の内壁に圧接するように構成されている。
締結をするときには、第５図に示すように、締結体４の
貫通孔８に締結帯５の端部の締結片を挿入し、下におろ
して突片９ａ、９ｂ、９Ｃ，９ｄと係合させる。
このようにすると、もはや締結体４より締結帯５が外れ
ることはない。
そこで締結体４にさらに締結帯５の他端部を挿入する。
鋸歯状の幅の狭い部分から挿入し、圧力に抗して必要な
ところまで締結帯５を引く。
締結帯５の最大幅部分は貫通孔８の内壁に圧入する状態
となる。
締結が完了すると締結帯を所定の長さで切断すれば良い
。
残った締結体は次の締結のために使用すればよい。
以上のように本考案の締結装置によれば、締結帯を有効
に使用することができ経済性に富むものである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の鋸歯状部を両側に形成した弾力性を有する板状の
    締結帯を設け、この締結体とは分離して締結体を設け、
    この締結体に上記締結帯を二枚重ねて挿入することがで
    きる大きさの貫通孔を形成し、上記締結帯の相対向する
    一対の鋸歯状部によって構成される一つの締結片が上記
    貫通孔に入ったとき、この締結片が抜けるのを防止する
    突片を上記貫通孔に形成し、上記一つの締結片に重ねて
    別の締結片を上記貫通孔に挿入したとき、締結片の最大
    幅部分が上記貫通孔の内壁に圧接するようにしてなる締
    結装置。
