本考案は芯線をビニール等の絶縁材料で被覆した電線の
外皮剥離作業に用いられるワイヤーストリッパーの改良
であり、左右一対の開閉板に閉方向の弾力を附勢する為
に枢軸に取付けられるばねを、簡単容易に取付は得て、
而も一旦取付けると妄りに外れたすせず、又開操作の際
に枢軸に余分な負荷を生じさせないよう工夫したもので

て外れ易く掛は難い上に開放時には枢軸にばねの内周部
が当接してこの支点でこじれ力が作用し、その為工具と
しての作動上程々のトラブル発生の原因となる欠点があ

し、一端の係止脚10aを一方の開閉板と一体の軸ボス
1aの外周半径方向に形成した切欠溝11に、他端の係
止脚10bを他方の開閉板に突設した係止段部12に係
止させるようにしたので、渦巻形ゼンマイばねのような
平面的な反りや、開脚度を問題にする必要がなく、又両
端係止脚を直角に曲げて平行に揃える必要もない為復帰
ばねの底形、組付けが非常に簡単で軸ボスの係止溝も半
径方向に形成する為深く係合させることができ、装着が
簡単で外れ難く、而も軸ボスの中心に対し偏心した形に
変位しない為、テコの支点となるこじれ力も作用せず、
従って左右開閉板は常に左右均等にばね圧が作用するか
らずれを起す心配がなく、作動が円滑且つ正確で無理が
なく、ばねの製作加工が簡単で安価に実施できるもので
