As is clear from the above description, the automatic wiring device of this invention reliably supplies current to the wires by energizing multiple wire supply reels and pins for fixing the ends of multiple wires. A wire breakage detector is provided to form an electrical loop and detect wire breakage.
Since it is possible to immediately detect wire breaks during cable harness wiring, it is possible to omit the conventional wire breakage check test after forming cable harnesses, greatly improving work efficiency, and making it possible to prevent wires from being wound on reels. Even if the wire used up is used up, the detector's electrical loop is broken, so it can be detected in the same way as a wire breakage, and unmanned operation is also possible.
