Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 樹脂シートと、このシート面に設けられたコイルを形成
    する渦巻状の線条金属膜と、この線条金属膜の中心部に
    連続して設けられた中心電極を形成する第１の金属膜と
    、前記線条金属膜の端部に連続しかつ前記樹脂シートの
    端部に設けられた端部電極を形成する第２の金属膜と、
    少なくとも前記渦巻状の線条金属膜を覆うように設けら
    れた絶縁被膜とからなり、かつ前記樹脂シートの第２の
    金属膜の設けむれた端部をその金属膜が外向きになるよ
    うに折曲してなる一対のインダクタを、前記第２の金属
    膜が同じ側にくるようにしかつ金属膜の設けられたシー
    ト面が相対向するようにして接せしめるとともに、前記
    第１の金属膜どうしを接続して１個のコイルを形成する
    ようにしたことを特徴とする積層インダクタ。
