Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回動軸を内挿するハウジング端に固設したフランジ等の
    取付部にフローティングシートを担持し上記回動軸側に
    設けたシールリングを上記フローティングシートに適宜
    弾性付勢して押圧摺接せしめてなるメカニカルシールに
    おいて、上記フローティングシートをフランジ側取付部
    に対してそれぞれシール径を異にする外径部と内径部を
    それぞれ０リング等のシール部材を介して気密的に担持
    するとともに、メカニカルシール内腔部に加圧送入する
    シール流体の一部を上記フローティングシート後端面側
    の両シール部材およびフランジ取付部間に導入する如く
    構成し、該フローティングシート後端面のフランジ側取
    付面への圧接力を減少せしめてなることを特徴とするメ
    カニカルシール。
