In the conventional cabinet of this kind, 1 (not shown in the figure), short L-shaped pillar mounting brackets are fixed on the four corners of the bottom plate, and using these as supporting materials, nine pillars are attached to the four corners of the bottom plate using angle materials, etc. After the pillars are erected, place a tray-shaped top plate on top of each pillar, fix the pillars to the edge plates hanging around the four sides, and install horizontal strips or angle materials between the pillars. The base is made up of circular materials. In this case, since the above-mentioned angle pillars do not have flat mounting parts at the top and bottom ends, when installing casters at the four outer bottom corners of the cabinet,
Instead of attaching it directly to the pillar, you will have to choose another location. This means that the casters cannot directly bear the load of the cabinet on the pillar K. Therefore, the four corners of the bottom of the cabinet are deformed into a wavy shape due to the misalignment between the part of the bottom plate that receives the load via the pillars and the part of the caster that receives the load applied to the bottom plate.

Further, for the reason mentioned above, the hanging bolts for lifting and moving the cabinet are also attached to a different position than the pillar position.

As a result, when the cabinet is moved via the hanging bolts, the hanging load is applied to the hanging bolts located away from the pillars, causing the top plate of the cabinet to deform into a pinched-up shape. In this way, the base of the cabinet lacked the required strength. To compensate for this, in the past, the bottom plate and top plate were made thicker, which caused the problem of increased weight.Furthermore, the above-mentioned configuration required members such as pillar mounting brackets and horizontal members, which increased the number of parts. In addition to taking a long time to assemble,
The problem was that the assembly was complicated and workability was poor, resulting in high costs.

This invention was made in order to solve each of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to arrange bone members that also serve as pillars at the four corners between the bottom plate and the top plate, so that casters and hanging bolts can be easily fixed. To provide a cabinet assembly structure in which the cabinet is directly attached to a frame member, increasing strength, and eliminating the need for conventional pillar mounting brackets, cross members, etc., and reducing costs.

First, to explain the configuration, there are mounting holes 1' at the four corners of the bottom plate 1.
1x is opened, and a bone member 2 shown below is erected on this corner surface. As shown in the sep' diagram, this bone member 2 is made by pressing and molding a light metal material or hard resin.
The cross section is approximately U-shaped. And on the inside of the vertical surface on one side near the open part, there are two female threaded parts on the upper and lower ends.
Two large-diameter main bolt holes with a diameter of a'+2 m' are provided in the vertical direction. In addition, on the inner side of the vertical surface on one side near the main bolt hole 2aIIC and on the vertical surface on the other side opposite to that position, there are female threaded portions 2b'(2b') on the upper and lower ends.
2c' (2c is set with 9 somewhat small diameter secondary bolt holes 2b,
2c are provided in parallel to each other in the vertical direction. Further, on the outside of both vertical surfaces near the edges of the open portion, grooves 2f for attaching chassis slide rails, etc., and weighted grooves 2g used for inserting nut pars and attaching panels, etc. are provided.

As shown in FIG. 6, the lower main bolt hole 2a' of the bone member 2 has a threaded portion 5' at the upper end, which also serves as a lock for the bottom plate 1.
The caster 5 provided with the caster 5 is directly screwed through the bottom plate hole 11 with its threaded portion 5'. Further, in order to further tighten the bottom plate 1 and the frame member 2, one mounting bolt 6.6 is directly screwed into each of the lower subordinate bolt holes 2t)'s 2c' through the bottom plate hole 1'.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the threaded portion 5' of the hanging bolt 5 is directly inserted into the upper main bolt hole 2g' of the frame member 2 through the top plate hole 4', in order to also attach the top plate 4. It is screwed on. In this case as well, the top plate 4 is attached to the upper subordinate bolt holes 2b' and 2c'.

With the above configuration, the load of the cabinet is applied to the frame member 2 serving as a pillar, and since the caster 5 is attached to the bottom position of the frame member 2, the load is transferred to the caster 5.
will be directly affected. That is, the part of the bottom plate 1 that receives the load via the bone member 2 and the part of the caster 30 that receives the load when the bottom plate 1 is loaded are as follows.
This is due to the fact that the loads are converged at the same position in the vertical load direction via the bone member 2. Thereby, deformation of the bottom plate 1 due to the load of the cabinet can be reliably prevented.

Furthermore, when the cabinet is lifted and moved, the suspension load is concentrated on the suspension port 5, but in this case as well, the suspension bolt 5 is directly screwed to the frame member 2 via the ceiling plate 4, so the suspension load is concentrated on the suspension port 5. The hanging load does not affect the plate 4. Therefore, deformation of the top plate 4 due to lifting and movement can be reliably prevented.Furthermore, since the frame member 2 becomes a wiring duct by attaching the turnip 9, each part can be electrically connected to an external power source. It is possible to store and organize the electric wires in a bundle, improve safety by logging each electric wire to prevent accidental damage, and separate the internal electric wires by height from the hole 9C in the cover 9. It can be pulled out. As a result, internal wiring does not require east line work, etc.), reduces wiring work time, is superior in safety, and can be handled neatly. Since the upper frame member is pressed and molded into a roughly U-shaped W structure as shown in the figure, it has the advantage of being sufficiently strong in itself and being suitable for material saving and quantity.

As explained above, this invention provides for casters and suspensions by arranging frame members at the four corners between the bottom plate and the top plate that penetrate vertically and have bolt holes at every position on the upper and lower ends. Bolts can be attached directly to the bone member to increase strength.

In addition, since no load is applied directly to the bottom plate or top plate, both plates can be made from thin materials, making it possible to create cabinets with thinner materials. I love that it saves on quantity and materials! Wow. Furthermore, there are movable beds that can significantly reduce costs, as the conventional pillar mounting brackets and cross members require additional labor costs, are easy to assemble, are easy to work with, and can shorten assembly time.
