Normal drum bar force involves loading a large number of logs from the log input port into a rotating cylindrical brain body, causing the logs to collide with each other due to the rotational movement of the brain body, causing the bark to peel off due to friction, and then exiting from the log discharge port. The basic structure is to release the skin, but in order to increase the peeling effect, many notches are protruded from the periphery of the brain body, and steel cables are stretched to increase the stirring power.

This invention was made to break through the design concept of the conventional drum bar force described above, and its feature is that the brain body is rotatably mounted on a truck, and the truck is connected to the truck through a reciprocating motion transmission means. To provide a drum bar force that is moved back and forth in the axial direction of the brain body to impart stirring and rocking motion accompanying the rotation of the brain body to the raw wood inside the brain body, thereby improving the peeling effect. It is something.

以下この発明を図に示す一実施例について詳述する。Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail.

Figure 1 shows the structure of the drum bar force of this invention.
A bogie rail 11 having a U-shaped cross section and provided with stoppers 10a and 10b is laid on a base 10, a bogie 13 with wheels 12 mounted on the rail is arranged, and a bearing is fixed on the bogie. On a pair of flanged guide wheels 15 which are pivotally supported on a flange-equipped guide wheel 14, a brain body 16 connected, for example, by loosely inserting the other end into one end of another brain body, is attached to a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the outer circumference of the rolling wheel. 17, and as shown in FIG.
A pair of flanged guide wheels 20 pivotally supported by bearings 19 fixedly attached to the flanged guide wheels 20 engage from a position opposite to the position of the flanged guide wheels 15, and a drive wheel is attached to the outer periphery of the healthy brain body 16. The output gear 23 of the motor 22 is meshed with the (gear) 21 so that the healthy brain body 16 can be rotated.
The crankshaft 26 of the rotating crank 25 to which the rotation of 4 is transmitted.
The structure is such that the brain body 16 can be moved back and forth on the rail 11 along with the cart 13 within its width (between the stoppers).

First, when the motor 22 is energized, the healthy brain body 16 rotates, and then when the motor 24 is energized, the rotary crank 25 rotates, and the cart 13 connected by the crank arm 26 is moved back and forth within the range shown by the broken line from the solid line.

In such a state, when raw wood a cut to a certain length is put into the input port (not shown), the inside of the healthy brain body 16 is crowded, and as shown in FIG. As the brain body 16 rotates, it is lifted upward by the notch 27 along the inner wall surface of the brain body as shown by the arrow, and when it reaches a suitable height, it falls to the bottom of the can due to the weight of the raw wood itself.

Furthermore, since the above-mentioned brain body 16 swings back and forth, the rotation of the above-mentioned brain body 16 causes the movement of lifting and stirring the raw wood back and forth.
The dumping and throwing back action of \ overlaps, and raw wood a becomes this healthy body 1.
The bark is intricately scarred by the notches 27 in the tree 6, and the bark is peeled off on the spot and the bare raw wood with no bark left is discharged from an outlet (not shown).

Incidentally, since the weight of the cart 13 and brain body 16 is large, the rotating crank 25 has to exert an inertial force.

As described above, the present invention rotatably attaches the healthy brain body to a trolley, and moves the trolley back and forth in the axial direction of the healthy brain body through a reciprocating motion transmission means to move the raw wood inside the brain healthy body. We improved the debarking effect by giving stirring due to the rotation of the healthy brain body and rocking motion due to the back and forth movement, so that the raw wood inside the healthy brain is affected by the agitation effect caused by lifting and falling due to the rotation of the healthy brain, and the rocking motion caused by the forward and backward movement of the healthy brain body. The throwing out and throwing back actions caused by the back and forth movement of the brain overlap, and the bark of the raw wood is subject to extremely complicated scratches and agitation, which allows for complete peeling, significantly improving the working effect, and keeping the healthy brain intact. It has the advantage of being convenient for transporting brain-healthy bodies because it can be installed at any location.
