This invention relates to a chemical liquid injection tube structure that can be suppressed downward, and in particular, a ball valve is placed and locked on the upper end surface of the inner tube, and a protrusion is provided at a set position of the inner tube. is laterally extended so as to be able to abut and press against the upper surface of the packer formed of an elastic material, and
The packer has a chemical liquid injection tube structure wrapped around a position above the nozzle hole provided in the outer tube.

Packing of the flash-setting injection material with gel is performed reliably to prevent axial diffusion of the drug solution, so-called slime-up, and to ensure uniform penetration injection at each step.

When injecting chemical liquid from the ground at a set depth, it is necessary to prepare a long link mechanism, which has the disadvantage of a complicated momentum structure, and it is difficult to operate at a point with a large depth. There is a drawback.

An excellent chemical solution that eliminates the disadvantages of the conventional technology by making it possible to operate the elastic packer provided near the drilled part of the outer tube by the downward movement of the It is intended to provide an injection tube structure.

The inner tube moves downward through the hydraulic pressure, and as the inner tube moves downward, an elastic packer provided at a position above the jet hole of the outer tube is compressed and packed into the drilled hole. The gist of this invention is to allow the chemical solution ejected from the ejection hole to efficiently permeate without being diffused in the axial direction.

。In the above operation, first, a chemical with a short gel time is fed to form a gel packer with the chemical in the gap between the chemical injection tube 1 and the drilled hole, and then a slow-setting chemical is fed under high pressure. It can also be used in conjunction with a method that allows it to penetrate evenly into the ground, and in this case it is extremely effective for fine sand layered ground.

By making the provided elastic packer operable, an excellent effect can be achieved in that the chemical solution can be uniformly permeated into the soil by injection of the chemical solution with extremely high efficiency.
