Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は光半導体と光ファイバーとをチューブを用い
て結合した光半導体装置に関するものである。
これまで光ファイバーと光半導体とを簡易に結合した光
半導体装置は無かった。図は本発明による光半導体装置
の断面図である。光ファイバー１をゴム製のチューブ２
に挿入し、その外側に熱収縮性のあるチ、−ブ３をかぶ
せて、チューブ３に任意の形状の光半導体を挿入する。
チューブ３を加熱し収縮させ、光半導体を固定し、同時
にチューブ２を圧迫し光ファイバーを固定する。この光
半導体装置は特殊な加工具を必要とせず、低価格である
。
