Conventionally, methods for molding fiber-reinforced resin products include placing short fibers in a mold and then impregnating them with resin liquid, or placing a mixture of short fibers and resin liquid in the mold. However, in either case, the content of short fibers was low, and a sufficiently reinforced fiber-reinforced resin product could not be expected. First, the short fibers were biased to one side relative to the wall thickness, causing uneven reinforcement between the inner and outer layers.

The present invention provides a method for performing desizing water under reduced pressure while supplying a mixed fluid of short fibers and size water to a dehydrating mold, thereby drying the short fiber product formed in the dehydrating mold, and then taking it out from the dehydrating mold.
This short fiber material is inserted into a resin mold and sealed,
The present invention also provides a method for forming a fiber-reinforced resin product in which a resin liquid is supplied to the inside of a resin mold while deaerating the mold, and according to this method, the pressure is reduced while supplying a mixed fluid to a dehydration mold. By de-sizing water, a short fiber product in which short fibers are densely polymerized (laminated) can be obtained, and by drying, the short fiber product described above is solidified [7], and this short fiber product is further coated with resin. A fiber-reinforced resin product impregnated with liquid can be obtained.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In Fig. 1, (1) is a dehydration type, which is shaped according to the molded product and is made of wire mesh or a perforated plate. A base mold (2) that supports this dehydrated mold (1) from the outside and a base mold (2) that supports this dehydrated mold (1) from the outside.

(5) ij pipeline, the tip of which is provided with an injection port (6) that can face the dewatering type (1)K, and the base end of which is equipped with a mixed fluid of short-edged fibers and thin ice (6). A hopper that stores things (AB) (
7) is provided. The thin ice @ is made by dissolving glue in water, and the glue used is one that easily dissolves in the resin liquid, such as fatty acid, acrylic, or polystyrene. (8) is a short fiber manufacturing device.

The short edges* (A) and thin ice (B) produced by the short fiber production device (8) are supplied to a hopper (7) K, where they become a mixed fluid (AB). This mixed fluid (0) is transported through a pipeline (5) and exits from the tip spout (6) into a dehydrated type (

Under this condition, the mixed fluid (AB) is supplied one after another, and the short edge fibers are sequentially stacked. Finally, the dehydration mold (1) is dried with hot air in the dense large wooden mold (1), and at that time, the fine ice attached to the short edge fibers solidifies, and the short fibers ( 9)

In addition, drying after drying a predetermined amount (thus, the fine ice adhering to the short edges will solidify, and the short fibers can be assimilated in a dense electric layer. The object can be impregnated with the resin liquid without generating bubbles, thereby making it possible to obtain a uniformly and sufficiently reinforced fiber-reinforced resin product.
