Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定比率で異なる単位長さの指標内を、指標周囲と光量
    を相違させ、複数個の各単位長さの指標間で長さを対応
    させて並列し、各単位長さの指標列は１指標ごとに長さ
    方向と癲直痛に階段状ｉこずらし、かつＯ〜９までの数
    値に規定して１−０指標を１組として長さ方向に連続さ
    せて主目盛とし、各単位長さの指標と同様に周囲と光量
    を相違させた補助目盛は、長さ方向とは直角に重なり部
    分より交互に延長して各指標の境界ごとに位置させてそ
    れぞれ各単位長さの指標列ごとに設け、これら各単位長
    さの指標列・の各ｌＯ指標および各補助目盛の両延長部
    分の光量変化を読取器に導入する光ファイバー等の複数
    の導波管は測定方向とは直角に一列に配設すると共に、
    最小単位長さの指標列の補助目盛の重なり部分には複数
    のバーニヤ用導波管を長さ方向に配列し、導波管列が指
    標の境界に位置したときに各補助目盛からの信号で同じ
    指標列の下位の数値をカットする回路を読取器に設けて
    表示器に読取値を表示するように構成された測定装置。
