面側面図、第2図はこの考案に係る遊星歯車減速機付ス
タータの一実施例を示す部分断面側面図、第3図は第2
図に示すリングギヤと弾性体との部分組立展開図である
。 図において、各図中同一部分は同一符号を付しており、
1は直流電動機、2は継鉄、5は回転軸、501は突出
部、9は平歯車、11はリングギヤ、112は環状の溝
、113は側端面113aは波状の凹凸、12は遊星歯
車、13は出力回転軸、131はつば状部、132は孔
、14はピン、16は7ランジ、161は孔、18は弾
性体、181は波状の凹凸、182は突起である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)直流電動機の回転軸に取付けられた平歯車、前記
    直流電動機の継鉄の内周面に回転可能に設置され内周面
    に歯車を有する円筒状のリングギヤ、前記リングギヤと
    前記平歯車とに噛合する遊星歯車、前記回転軸に回転可
    能に支承され前記遊星歯車を回転可能に支承する出力回
    転軸、前記継鉄に取付けられ前記出力回転軸に係合して
    前記出力回転軸の軸方向の移動を係止するフランジ、及
    び前記フランジi前記リングギヤの側端面間に装着され
    前記リングギヤを固定物との間で挾持する弾性体を備え
    、前記リングギヤの側端面と前記弾性体との夫々の当接
    面に、互いに噛合する波状の凹凸を設けた遊星歯車減速
    機付スタータ。
  2. (2)弾性体のフランジに対する当接面には突部が設け
    られ、前記フランジには前記突部を嵌挿する孔が設けら
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の遊星
    歯車減速機付スタータ。
  3. (3)弾性体は、リングギヤに設けられた環状の溝内に
    挿入されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項また
    は第(2)項記載の遊星歯車減速機付スタータ。
