Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は天面に経木板を止着したコルクの切粉入りの合
成樹脂硬質発泡材料製な草履芯の製造方法に関するもの
であって、図示せる実施例は草履の芯形状の型面を有す
る金型（図示せず）内にコルクの切粉を混入したポリウ
レタンの硬質発泡合成樹脂材料を注入加熱して低倍率の
発泡を行い芯体１を構成するものであるが、この際型面
に於て芯体１の前方部下面に前鼻緒結着部嵌入用凹部２
形成用膨出部（図示せず）をまた同じく後方部下面に後
鼻緒両端の相互結着部嵌入用凹部３形成用の膨出条（図
示せず）を夫々構成しておくと共に型面に於て芯体１の
大部に相当する個所に経木板４を其の木目を前後向きに
為して剥離自在に止着しておくことにより芯体１の天面
全体に経木板層５を一体に形成したものである。
本発明はコルクの切粉を混入した合成樹脂硬質発泡材料
を以て草履の芯体を構成するようにしたので単なる合成
樹脂硬質発泡材料を以て成形した草履の芯体に比して弾
発性に優れ、コルク材を以て製した芯体に近似せる履用
感を得ることができる効果があり、加うるに本発明に於
ては叙上の如く芯体の成形の際に金型の内部に芯体の天
部を被覆する経木板を予め剥離可能に止着しておくこと
にり芯体の天面に経木層を形成するようにしたので本発
明によるときには表面に経木板層を有する芯体を極めて
簡単に得ることができる利点がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ コルクの切粉を混入した合成樹脂硬質発泡材料を以
    て成形すると共に同芯体の成形の際に金型の内部に芯体
    の天部を被覆する経本板を予め剥離可能に止着しておく
    ことを特徴とする草履芯の製造方法。
