Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負圧取入れポートおよび負圧取出しポートを備えたダイ
    ヤフラム室と、このタ宥ヤフラム室にダイヤフラムを介
    して隣接して形成された大気開放室と、上記ダイヤフラ
    ムによって担持されその位置に応じてダイヤフラム室と
    大気開放室を選択的に連通ずる磁性材料からなる弁保持
    部材と、励磁電流に応じて上記弁保持部材に磁気力を作
    用させる電磁コイルおよびステータコアからなる電磁機
    構と、上記弁保持部材に作用され上記電磁機構による作
    用力を補正するスプリング機構とを具備し、ダイヤフラ
    ム室の負圧、電磁機構による作用力、およびスプリング
    機構の弾性力との平衡関係によって、上記弁保持部材を
    位置保持するようにしたことを特徴とする負圧制御弁。
