Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負圧取入れポートおよび負圧取出しポートを備えたダイ
    ヤフラム室と、このダイヤフラム室にダイヤフラムを介
    して隣接して形成された大気開放室と、上記ダイヤフラ
    ムによって担持される弁保持部材と、この弁保持部材に
    対して大気開放室方向に弾性力を作用させる第１のばね
    と、この第１のばねに抗する第２のばねによる力が作用
    され上記弁保持部材に係合されたムービング部材と、こ
    のムービング部材に一体的に設けられた永久磁石と、こ
    の永久磁石に対して励磁状態で上記第１のばねに抗する
    磁気反発力を作用させる励磁機構とを具備し、上記弁保
    持部材は、ダイヤフラム室の負圧、第１および第２のば
    ねの弾性力、さらに永久磁石による反発力との平衝関係
    で作動される可動弁体を備え、ダイヤフラム室と大気開
    放室とを選択的に連通ずるようにしてなる負圧制御弁。
