【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は両面焼等グリルにおいて下面の焼むらの解消を

両面焼グリルの下バーナは被加熱物下面の均一な焼は具

足し焼むらなどこまで解消踵おいしい焼物が出来るかが
ポイントになっている。そのために従来は第1図のとと
クツ(−すをグリル庫内側面壁内に収納踵火炎のみを吹
出すという方式がとられている。このようにすれば炎孔
部への液汁の滴下はなく、又滴下した液汁がふれ発煙す
る高温部もないため前述した三つの課題の後二者は満足
する。ところが庫内側壁に加熱用人俵が形成されるため
被加熱物下面の熱分布がむずかしくなる。その1つの方
策として従来考えられているものを第1図に示す。バー
ナaに形成された被加熱体下面加熱用火炎すは熱気流拡
散体Cにより庫内中央方向にガイドされ集められ、その
広がりにより焼、綱部(被加熱体)全体に広がり熱分布
の均一化を図っている。しかし現実にはバーナと被加熱
物との高さの差は40〜5ownに満たず均一化はむず
かしく、裏返して焼いた方がきれいでおいしいとの評価

ステープルなどに組込まれている。この本体1内には下
部両側に上向き火炎2及び内向火炎3,4を形成するグ
リルバーナ5が装着されている。前記上向火炎2は庫外
壁6と庫内壁7で囲まれ庫外壁上端に形成された輻射体
8を加熱する。9は前記庫内壁7に係止されグリル庫内
1oに被加熱物11を載置する焼網である。12は水を

孔ピッチをもたせた場合でも庫内中央部では焼ムラにz
JL問題とならない熱分布が得られている。これは下方
からの熱量としては表面のみがこげるため大きな熱量を
与えることが出来ないことから長い火炎を十分の間隔(
庫内寸法により異るが10〜20喘が良い)をもたせて
配置することが出来、従来と変らない熱量で庫内中央部
近辺を略均−な熱分布とし得る。しかし長い火炎を形成
することは逆に周辺部には熱流が不足することになると
ともに炎孔13間ピッチが大きい確である。尚、これら
炎孔面積比率、ピッチなどは庫内条件などにより実験的
