  1. 電圧非直線性を示す焼結体中に一定の間隔を保ち、かつ
    互いに重なるような複数の電極を有する構造の積層バリ
    スタにおいて前記複数の電極を同一焼結体中に複数組、
    並列に配置したことを特徴とする集合型積層バリスタ。
