    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 減衰量が３ｄＢ以下のサーメット系薄膜抵抗減衰器にお
    いて、抵抗体が、２個のくし型電極のそれぞれのくし型
    部分が相対向し、それらの間にサーメット系抵抗薄膜が
    被着形成された、複数個の並列抵抗として構成されてい
    ることを特徴とする薄膜抵抗減衰器。
