It is not necessary to list specific examples of joining and/or reinforcing veneers by layering an adhesive material such as adhesive thread 1 adhesive tape or adhesive on the surface) or end surface (joining surface). It is done quite conventionally. Also, for example, Special Public Interest Publication No. 33-6

As disclosed in No. 40 "Veneer Veneer" etc., *If a cut groove extending in the direction G orthogonal to the fibers is formed on the surface of the return, the cut groove gate guard can be used with the interlayer yarn or adhesive. Attempts have also been made to bond and/or reinforce veneers by embedding threads, but in either case, when stacking treated veneers, the adhesion of the bonding threads Or does the adhesive contact both the front and back surfaces of the layered veneer in places, causing a so-called blocking phenomenon, which often makes it difficult to remove the accumulated veneer? I had something to come.

As shown in Publication No. 03 [Deposition method of veneer veneer JG]
A new attempt has been made to solve this problem by varying the size of the adhesion parts of the bonding material on both the front and back sides of the car plate, but this method is only applicable to a single piece of foot shaku iris plate that does not have any cracks. However, it is not effective for group numbers of veneers with cracks or narrow veneers. In other words, in the latter case, the size of the bonded part of the adhesive material described in item 1 is the same on both the front and back surfaces, and the present invention was developed to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method. The structural feature is that when stacking the veneers, a wire is interposed between the surfaces of each veneer board, and the stacked veneer is interposed between the surfaces of each board. After taking it out, or at the same time as taking it out, shift the wire material mentioned in 1 along the board surface number to eliminate the blockage/groove shape.
There are 12 machines, and the purpose is to process veneers extremely smoothly and stably.

When depositing 1' (usually short length), or! @ As illustrated in Figure 3 (A), is there a weak point such as a crack 7 caused by the adhesive thread 6 buried in the cut #I45? When stacking the reinforced veneers 1, interposing the wire 3 between each plate surface, and then taking out the inspected veneers, follow the steps in Figures 1 (B) to 4 (B). To illustrate this, the material 6 is shifted outward along the board surface so as to cross the bonding yarn 2.6.8 or the adhesive 4, and the blocking condition between each veneer is eliminated. Alternatively, each car &1 can be taken out while solving the problem.

能となつて至便である。The wire 5 is preferably a thin and strong wire such as a thread made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber, or a metal A-wire, but a tape-shaped wire may also be used. Also, the number of wire rods, the intervening position, and the direction 1! When I get angry, I run into a duck
Although there is no limit to this, usually, if there is only one wire rod, there is an intervening wire at one end of the veneer (see Figure 2), and if there are two wire rods, there is an intervening wire in the center of the veneer. I am forced to do it. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 1, 6 and 4, the tangent yarns 2.6.8
#l @Ichibanko is attached to both ends of the adhesive threads on the elliptical side of each adhesive thread 2.6.8, and is interposed parallel to the adhesive threads, as will be described later. This is the most preferred process. Further, the ends of the wire rods 3 are made to protrude from the edge of the veneer so that they can be easily pulled, but if workability is considered, it is better to stack the wire rods with both ends protruding from the veneer. Furthermore, if the process of eliminating bronking by shifting the wire rod and the process of taking out the veneer are performed separately, if the wire rod is continuously strained and folded while interposing the plate surface gap 2, mechanical means can be used. It is also possible to collect the wire rods, which is very convenient.

ある。The step of shifting the wire rod 6 with the second missing number will be explained. The wire rod 5 is used to intersect with an adhesive material such as an adhesive thread or an adhesive to eliminate the blocking state caused by the adhesive material, so the shifting means may be within the range that can eliminate the blocking state. Any selection is possible. However, the process is usually carried out by pulling one end of the wire outward as shown in Figure 1 (B), or by holding both ends of the wire and pulling it from one side of the veneer to the other as shown in Figure 2 (B). However, in some cases, as shown in Figure 5 (b), when performing the same operation on multiple wire rods at the same time, i.e., when removing the veneer while shifting the wire rods, it is necessary to turn the wire rods upwards somewhat diagonally. By shifting the veneer to this position, the veneer can be removed smoothly. (See Figure 4) The veneers that are the subject of the Kosui invention are veneers that have been bonded and/or reinforced with any conventionally known adhesives such as various adhesives, adhesive threads, and adhesive tapes. This applies to all veneers that may cause blocking phenomena. Therefore, the term "joining and/or reinforcing 1 strength" here includes both the case where the joining or reinforcing is done by electrolytic corrosion, and the case where both the joining and reinforcing are done. It is not limited to the examples. Further, these joining and reinforcing aspects are not limited to the illustrated embodiments as described above, but also include, for example, an aspect in which an adhesive is attached to the butt end surface for reinforcement.

と共に、単板の取り出しも極めて容易となるのである。1b, 1c, 16, (, , , 1α) are stacked together via both the uncured adhesive thread 8 and the wire rod 6, and the veneer 1' is stacked together and bonded together. However, if the end of the adhesive thread 8 is interposed so as to protrude from the edge of the veneer similarly to the wire 6, the positional relationship between the two when shifting the wire 6 is improved. According to the present invention, the adhesive thread 8 can be attached to a desired veneer 1 and taken out, and the utility value of this embodiment is even higher. As a result, the blocking state can be eliminated even if it is inadvertent, and a stable bonding and/or reinforcing state of the veneers can be maintained, and removal of the veneers becomes extremely easy.

である。Furthermore, it is possible to eliminate the various steps that have traditionally been taken to prevent blocking, such as providing a cooling period for the veneer immediately after drying, or a curing period for the attached adhesive. It is possible to speed up the processing process and thereby improve productivity. In addition, as described above, the amount of use of auxiliary materials such as curing accelerators, release papers, mold release agents, etc., which were conventionally used to prevent blocking, can be reduced or eliminated, leading to savings in bonding and reinforcement costs. This makes it possible to rationalize the joining and/or reinforcing process of the veneers as a whole.
