    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内に形成された水槽と、この水槽の底部に設置され
    た超音波振動子と、前記水槽の上方に設けられた霧化室
    と、この霧化室に対して送風を行ない、前記超音波振動
    子の振動によって生じた霧をノズルを通して本体外に放
    出する送風機構等を備えた超音波加湿器において、前記
    霧の流路中に、下端側を前記水槽側に延出したろ過フィ
    ルターを介在させ、このろ過フィルターに対して前記送
    風機構により送風を行なうことを特徴とする超音波加湿
    器。
