  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　被険査電気回路の各電極に対応して設けられたプロ
    ーブ針と、上記プローブ針に対応して設けられた開孔を
    有するスペーサとを具備し、上記プローブ針が上記開孔
    を貫通して上記電極に接触してなることを特徴とする電
    気回路検査用プローブ。 ２　スペーサの全部または一部を導体とし、一部のプロ
    ーブ針がスペーサと電気的に導通し、他のプローブ針が
    スペーサと電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電気回路検査用プロ
    ーブ。
