Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所望の制動条件においてブレーキペダルを制動状
    態に保持するブレーキロック機構と、パーキングブレー
    キを駆動するパーキングブレーキ駆動装置と、パーキン
    グブレーキの作動状態を検出するパーキングブレーキス
    イッチと、所定のブレーキロック条件でブレーキロック
    装置及びパーキングブレーキ駆動装置を制御する制御回
    路と、を含み、ブレーキロック状態でパーキングブレー
    キが非制動状態にあるときブレーキロック機構のブレー
    キロック状態がアクセルの踏み込み操作以外で解除され
    る場合、ブレーキロック機構のブレーキロック状態を継
    続するとともに制御回路からパーキングブレーキ駆動装
    置に駆動信号を出力してパーキングブレーキを制動状態
    に保持し、パーキングブレーキの制動状態保持後にブレ
    ーキロック機構のブレーキロック状態を解除することを
    特徴とする車両のブレーキロック装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の装置におい
    て前記ブレーキロック機構が解除するとき一定期間警報
    作用を行う警報器を設けたことを特徴とする車両のブレ
    ーキロック装置。
