Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 制動力保持機能を有するサービスブレーキと、パーキン
    グブレーキとを具備してなる車両ブレーキ装置において
    、前記サービスブレーキ作動中に前記パーキングブレー
    キ操作されたことを検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段
    の出力により起動され予め定められた規定時間を計時す
    る計時手段と、前記規定時藺経過後に前記サービスブレ
    ーキを解除する解除手段とを具備することを特徴とする
    車両ブレーキ装置。
