Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はクリーム組成物に関する。
クリーム組成物は皮膚特にその域外）−である角質層部
分に適用され、皮膚の保湿、皮膚の血行促進、皮膚の洗
浄などのために用いられでいる。上記のような皮膚用化
粧クリームのほかに、特殊な目的ｔ４つたクリーム組成
物も開発されている。
このような特殊な目的を有するクリーム組成物としては
、たとえば皮膚の過度な日やけｔ防止するための紫外線
防御クリーム、腋毛を脱毛するためのヘアリムーバー、
腋臭などの防止するためのデオドラントクリームあるい
はひげそりあとＫｍ伯するシェービングクリームなどが
挙げられ、それぞれの目的に応じて各種の薬剤がクリー
ムペース中に添加されて（、する。
一方、皮膚の表皮基底細胞１１！に分布しているメラノ
サイトの機能先進により顔面などに色素沈着をきたして
「しみ」あるいは「そばか丁」が生じ、多くの女性を悩
ませてきた。しかしながら、メラノサイトの機能先進に
基因すると考えられる色素沈着現象は、これまで有効に
防止をすることができないと考、えられてきており、−
Ｂ色素が沈着するとこの色ｙ４１！Ｉ：薄めることは極
めて困離でありへ本発明者＆ｓ、しみあるいはそばか丁
などのメラノサイト機能先進に幕内して沈着した色素を
薄めることのできる薬剤を含有するクリームを開発すべ
く鋭意研究した結果、ジベレリンおよび蛋白分解酵素を
配合したクリームを皮膚に適用すると、沈着色素の色調
が１４まることを見出して本発明を完成するに到った。
すなわち本発明によるクリー−ム組成物は、クリームペ
ース中に、ジ（レリイおまけ蛋白分解酵素を配合したこ
とｔ特徴としている。
ジベレリンは、イネのパカナエ病菌によって生産される
高等植物の生長促進物質の総称ｔあり、以下の構造な有
するジベレリンＡ１・Ａ２・Ａ３・Ａ３′およびム４な
どを含めて現在までに約１３１’ｌｉ類が知られている
。
０Ｈ３ｃｏｏｎ 従来ジペ、レリンは植物生長調整剤として、ぶどうの無
種子化、米粒肥大あるいはきゅうりの果実肥大など貴作
物の増収および品質の向上などのために主として使用さ
れてぎたが、蛋白分解酵素とともにクリーム組成物中に
添加することＫよって、メラノサイト機能７Ｃ遍に基因
して沈層した色素の色、ｌｉＩヲ薄めることができるこ
とは知られていなかった。
本発明に用いられ・る蛋白分解酵素としては、動物起源
および植物起嫌のもののいずれでもよいが、植物起源の
ものが好ましい。植物性凝自分ｍ＃ｌ素としては、ノぐ
ノ臂イア乳汁から製造されるノし９イン、パインアップ
ル乳汁かも製造されるゾロメリン、イチジク乳汁から製
造されるフィシンなどが挙げられる。動物性蛋白分解酵
素としては、高等動物の胃液から製造されるペゾシン、
篩等ｗＪ物のスイ液から製造されるトリジシン、キモト
リノシン、動物組織から製造されるカテゾシンなどが挙
げられる。
本発明において、ジ４レリンと蛋白分解酵素との混合物
は、クリーム組成物中ＫＯ，０１〜５．０電緻シ、好ま
しくは０．１〜１．０重ｔ％添加される。またジベレリ
ンと蛋白分解酵素との龜加割合は、１：１０〜１０：１
好ましくはｌ：５〜５：ｌである。
ジベレリンおよび蛋白分解酵素は、クリームペース中に
添加されるが、クリームペースとしては従来知られてい
るものを広く用いることができる。
クリームペースは、油型、Ｗ２Ｏ型、Ｏ／Ｗ型、無油型
のいずれでもよい。油性分としては、ミツロウ、カカオ
脂、ステアリン酸、ラノリン、オリレ油、ツバキ油、固
形・々ラフイン、ワセリン、流動パラフィン、シリコン
オイル、合成エステル油、合成ポリエーテル油などが用
いられる。また水性分としては、グリセリン、プロピレ
ングリコール、ソルビット、ポリエチレングリコールな
どの保湿剤、クインスシードゴム、トラガントツム、ア
ルギン酸ナトリウム、カルＩキシメチルセルロースナト
リウム、ポリビニルアルコールなどの粘液質、エチルア
ルコール、イソ！ロノセノールなどのアルコール拳、お
よび水などが用いられ５る。
またクリ、−五ペース中に必要に応じて、通常クリーム
ペース中に用いられる成分たとえば香料、防腐剤、酸化
、防止剤、色素などを添加することができる。
本発明においては、ジベレリンおよび蛋白分解酵素はあ
らゆるタイプのクリーム組成物中に添加することができ
る。たとえば、１七すエントクリーム、マツサージクリ
ーム、クレンジングクリーム、メイクアツゾクリーム、
ペイスフリーム、！リメイクアップクリーム、サンスク
リーンクリーム、デオドラントクリームなどの広範囲の
クリームにジベレリンおよび蛋白分解ｊ―索をφ加する
ことができる。
本発明によるり°リーム組成ｖＪは、ジベレリンおよび
蛋白分解酵素を添加し含有させる以外は、通常のクリー
ム組成物の一般的製造法によって製造することができる
。
以下本発明を実権例により詳細に説明するが、本発明は
