外装体（ケース）、２は接着材、２′は絶縁層、３は絶
縁基板、３ａは厚膜導体、３ｂは穴部、４は半田、５は
放熱用金属体（ヒートシンク）、６は回路構成素子（パ
ワー素子）、Ｄ、　Ｄ’は間隙である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所要部に半導体素子等の回路構成素子を配置すると共に
    前記所要部の一端に放熱用金属体を介してパワー素子を
    配置するようにした絶縁基板を接着材を介して外装体に
    接着せしめてなる混成集積回路装置において、前記絶縁
    基板の一端部位に穴部を設けここに前記放熱用金属体の
    少くとも一部を埋設せしめると共に前記外装体との絶縁
    をはるかるようにしたことを特徴とする混成集積回路装
    置。
