    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケース内に加熱室が形成され、この加熱室内の空気が前
    記加熱室の排気孔に連通させて設けられた排気ダクトを
    通じて導かれ、前記ケースに設けられた透孔から外部へ
    排出されるとともに、前記加熱室内で加熱された食品か
    ら出される気体を検出する気体センサが前記排気ダクト
    内に装着された加熱調理装置において、前記ケースと加
    熱室との間に形成される空間内に前記加熱室および排気
    ダクトに沿って装着され、前記加熱室および排気ダクト
    からの輻射熱から少なくとも前記気体センサのソケット
    部を保護する略し字状の遮熱板を設゛　けたこメを特徴
    とする加熱調理装置。
