Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　燃料を収容するタンク本体と、該タンク本体内に収
    容されている燃料を吸引するための吸引パイプとを具備
    する、車輛又は船舶等に装備される燃料タンクにおいて
    ；該吸引パイプは先端゛　　に吸引口を有する少なくと
    も２本の分岐部に分岐されていて、該受なくとも２本の
    分岐部の該吸引口は該タンク本体の底面に近接して且つ
    該タンク本体の長手方向及び／又は横方向に相互に隔て
    られて該タンク本体内に配置されており、そして該吸引
    口の各々には、相互に協働する弁体と弁座を含み、該車
    輛又は船舶等の走行状態に応じて該弁体が該弁座に着座
    して該吸引口を閉ざすように構成された弁機構が付設さ
    れていることを特徴とする燃料タンク。 ２　該タンク本体の底面は実質上平担な矩形状であり、
    該吸引パイプは４本の分岐部に分岐されていて、該４本
    の分岐部の各々の先端に設けられている該吸引口は、夫
    々、該タンク本体の４角部の各々に配置されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の燃料タンク。 ３　該吸引パイプは該タンク本体の中央部を降下して該
    タンク本体の底面近傍まで延びる主部と、該主部の下端
    から２本に分岐して該タンク本体の長手方向又は横方向
    に相互に反対方向に且つ該タンク本体の底面に沿って延
    びる副部と、該副部の各々の先端から２本に分岐して該
    タンク本体の底面に沿って延びる分岐部とを有する実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の燃料タンク。 ４　該分岐部は該副部の先端から該タンク本体の長手方
    向に対して略４５度の角度をなして延びる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第３項記載の燃料タンク。 ５　該弁機構は該吸引口に装着された円筒状案内体を含
    み、該弁体は該案内体内に移動自在に収容されたボール
    から成り、該弁座は該案内体の。 基部に配置されており、該案内体の周側面及び／又は先
    端面には燃料流入孔が形成されている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項乃至第４項のいずれかに記載の燃料タンク
    。 ６　該弁座は可撓性材料から形成され且つ基部と該基部
    から突出するベロー形状部を有し、該弁体は該ベロー形
    状部の先端に着座せしめられる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第５項記載の燃料タンク。
