である。 １は弁本体、２はポペット、４は可動鉄芯、６は比例ソ
レノイド。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁本体１にポンプポート１ａからアクチュエータの接続
    ポート１ｂに通じる第１通路１１を設けると共にこの第
    １通路１１に弁座１２を設け、弁本体１に弁座１２に着
    座するポペット２を移動可能に設けると共に、弁本体１
    にポペット２の背後圧を生む圧力室１３を設け、ポペッ
    ト２にポンプポート１ａを圧力室１３に連通させる第２
    通路７と圧力室１３を接続ポート１ｂに連通させる第３
    −　　通路３とを設け、弁本体１に比例ソレノイド６を
    設けると共に比例ソレノイド６内に可動鉄芯４を設け、
    可動鉄芯４をばね５で付勢してこの可動鉄芯４のロッド
    部４ａで前記第３通路３を閉塞したことを特徴とする電
    磁ポペット弁装置。
