Conventionally, brocade, polyester, boria oxide, and polyacrylic fibers have been widely used as fibers for dryer canvases. Tsumugi has flexibility 1 surface smoothness,
After the appearance of rounded synthetic fibers, which have excellent water absorption properties, they deteriorate greatly due to high temperatures and humidity, and have disadvantages such as the embroidered fibers being easily destroyed by overheating or moisture due to steam, and the need to avoid moisture during storage. Line ■ has become limited. Polyester fibers have excellent heat resistance, acid resistance, and stability in one dimension, and other properties are stable under normal conditions, so they are widely used as a general-purpose material due to their low price, but their temperature and heat resistance is insufficient. It is. The reason why polyester fibers have poor temperature and heat resistance is that the ester bonds in the polymer are poly! This is because it is susceptible to hydrolysis due to the presence of terminal carboxyl groups. In recent years, low carxyl group polyester fibers have been used as heat-and-moisture resistant polyester fibers, but their performance is still not sufficient. . Boria Zeta Fiber Co., Ltd. Although it has excellent abrasion resistance and relatively good heat and humidity resistance, it is difficult to use alone because of its large deterioration due to IIK. Furthermore, although polyacrylic fibers have excellent S heat resistance, they have insufficient tensile strength and abrasion resistance. As described above, when conventional fibers are used as materials for dryer canvases for paper manufacturing, they all have advantages and disadvantages, and none of them can sufficiently meet the needs and characteristics required.

きることを見出し、本発明KM′)九ものである。On the other hand, as a result of a detailed study on the characteristics of ether amide fibers, the present invention found that ether amide fibers are superior to conventional fibers such as polyester woven fibers in terms of heat and humidity resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, durability, etc. Therefore, when used as a fiber for dotsyear canogas, it is smoother than conventional fibers.
It has been found that it is possible to provide an excellent dryer canvas for round wainscot paper, and the present invention is based on this invention.
