Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 原料ガスの供給手段と、該供給手段に連結されたレギュ
    レータ々、該レギュレータを介して送られる所定圧の原
    料ガスが導入され、かつ該原料ガスと気液接触する溶剤
    を収容した圧力容器と、該圧力容器を収容した恒温槽と
    、圧力容器から送出される溶剤を飽和状態に含有した飽
    和原料ガスの流量を調整する流量調整弁と、該流量調整
    弁から送出される飽和原料ガスの流量を測定する流量計
    と、該流量計から送出される飽和原料ガス及び希釈用原
    料ガスの混合手段と、前記希釈用原料ガスの流量調整弁
    とを備えでなる標準ガス発生装置。
